 Thank you for your interest in the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy!
To apply to the School of Pharmacy, applicant must complete the required information on PharmCas (www.pharmcas.com) as well as complete the School of Pharmacy supplemental application available online on the School of Pharmacy website.
Information that will be considered regarding admission to the School of Pharmacy includes:
- A completed PharmCas application. Go to www.pharmcas.com and follow all instructions.
- A completed supplemental application form.
- Grade point average on required pre-pharmacy courses (per information submitted to PharmCas)

- Score on the Pharmacy College Admissions Test - PCAT.
- A writing sample (this is part of the PCAT examination)
- Two (2) letters of recommendation (at least one from a pharmacist).
- Demonstration of volunteerism, community service, activism and leadership
